Cisco Bug: CSCup15749 - Changed SELINUX permission caused backup to fail on standalone PLM 10.5

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Installed standalone ELM 9.1.2  and then upgraded it to 10.5.1.10000-9.

DRFLA logs from a failed backup in my lab and found the point of failure:

++ In DRF component file (DRFComponent.xml), I can see the scripts which are called for execution:

++ This was the first set of scripts. However, when I tried to access them I was unable access the scripts folder itself.

Conditions:
Issue happens if it is a standalone PLM. 
Does not happen on co-resident server.
