Description (partial)

Symptom:
In a few of the RAW recordings pulled from MediaSense with the ExportRaw API, recordings appear out of sync. Impact is only about 10% of calls.  Conversations appear out of sync and participants appear to talk over one another.

Problem appears to be caused by the way MediaSense calculates silence.  Calculations off by only a few milliseconds so condition is more noticeable on longer calls and calls with silence as a result of pauses in the converstation.  The problem is not seen on the same recording when played back from MediaSense or downloaded from MediaSense as an MP4 file.
