Description (partial)

Symptom:
- pvlan STP instances limit not mentioned in config limit doc.
- Wrong PVLAN trunk mapping limit. Documentation states:

Note 

The number of mappings on a PVLAN trunk port is limited to 16.

128 mappings are instead supported on PVLAN trunks port. Applies to N5k and N6k switches.

Conditions:
When the instances increase than 128 then we receive the message:
PRIVATE_VLAN-3-PVLAN_TRUNK_EXCEEDED Numberof mappings on private-vlan trunk port limited is 128
