Description (partial)

If in the routing table route provided by OSPFv3 was a backup route to route from protocol with better administrative distance and route with better admin distance has disappeared then OSPFv3 backup route may be deleted instead of becoming the active route. As a result OSPFv3 route is deleted from both the routing table and OSPFv3 Local RIB even though OSPFv3 Link-State database has all information to compute valid route.

- OSPFv3 tries to install into the routing table a route and the same route is also provided by another protocol with better administrative distance. OSPFv3-provided route is listed as 'backup' for route from the route with better admin distance.
- Route with better admin distance later disappears (due to topology or configuration change)
