Description (partial)

Symptom:
Reports do not load post CUIC service outage.

Conditions:
1. Login to Finesse and Access Livedata Reports
2. After being logged in for more than 40 mins, CUIC service goes down.
3. CUIC Service comes backup
4. Refresh the desktop - Reports are stuck in loading phase.
