Cisco Bug: CSCup13522 - Always On w/ Cert auth full reconnect pre-empted by modal dialog box

Last Modified

Mar 15, 2016

Products (1)

  • Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client

Known Affected Releases

3.1(5160) 4.0(61)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using Always On without the AutoReconnect feature enabled, an end user is required to acknowledge a modal dialog box every time the connection disconnects prior to having the connection reestablish. This modal dialog box is the same shown without Always On, but in that case the assumption is that a user is in front of it to do something about it before a new connection would be attempted.

Conditions:
Always On VPN w/ AutoReconnect feature disabled
