Description (partial)

Symptom:
After a device is discovered into CSM, if the contents of an object in the device configuration are changed on the device outside CSM (CLI or ASDM) and the device is re-discovered, CSM creates an override for the object for the device instead of changing the base value

Conditions:
OOB changes to an object before discovery to CSM
