Symptom:
ASA running 9.1.5 experiencing failovers due to CX card failure. At the time of the failover, ASA reports the following error:

"Module cxsc experienced a data channel communication failure, data channel is down"

Conditions:
ASA running 9.1.5 in failover
CX version 9.2.1.3-11
