Description (partial)

Symptom:
The issues observed are,
0)Traffic loss owing to premature pseudowire purge
1) BGP & L2VPN processes stuck in Mutex followed by BGP Crash.
2) All VPLS PWs are down.
3) All traffic drops.

Conditions:
Setup: ASR9k configured with 2 Bridge Groups and a total of 32K Bridge domains.

This issue was seen under following two scenarios.

A) Upon executing "no bridge-group ..." and commit. or
B) On performing  OIR of the active RSP.
