Description (partial)
Symptom: Following the reload of a N5K vPC peer, its port-channels will be in a suspended state until the default delay restore and auto-recovery timers elapse. During this time, certain downstream devices may show their corresponding port-channel members as up/up in LACP 'I' (Individual) state with STP forwarding. This has been observed with CBS and 3750, however, IOS devices will not hash traffic on LACP Individual links. Conditions: LACP vPC and the reload of either N5K.
