Description (partial)

Symptom:
In UCSM > Equipment Tab > Equipment > Fabric Interconnect > Select a port > Statistics Tab > Right Click a 'Counter' and you have the option to 'Reset Average, Max, Min, Delta' but not actually clear the counter 'Value' itself.
