Description (partial)
Symptom: If a Nexus 5K/6K is downgraded from 7.x code to an older code, DHCP ACLs get removed. This could cause DHCP traffic to be flooded rather than redirected. Conditions: Seen after a Nexus 5K/6K is downgraded from NX-OS 7.x
