Description (partial)

Symptom:
EAS Service intermittently reports Service Unavailable error

Conditions:
Once the issue was observed when it tried to update the ComponentHeartBeat table while trying to become Primary. Once the issue was observed when it tries to fetch Source List from EC using DET call.

EAS Service fails to update DB. However, DBAccessService was up & running during that time.

Attached Server log, DBAccessService log and EAS Service log for the same time period.

Since EAS Service failis to update componentheartbeat table, it becomes NOT PRIMARY instance & consequently fails to process any incoming message.
We have been seeing this issue only after upgrading to 2.0.6.

After EASService enters into this state, it remains in the same state even if we try to restart the service. Restarting DBAccessService & EASService also does not help. I had to restart Jboss to get the system to normal state.
