Description (partial)

Symptom:
AnyConnect NAM should not initiate EAPOL on machine authentication in case a machine has been removed from the domain.

Conditions:
NAM configured for both machine and user authentication and the machine has been removed from the domain. When a machine is removed from the domain, then there are no longer machine credentials stored. NAM should not initiate EAPOL since the authentication will never succeed.
