Description (partial)

A config-failed fault is raised when a Static Binding (Paths) is configured with a VLAN-number that is already used within the Fabric.  But the error message does not provide information about the object using that VLAN-number.   The config-failed Fault provides below info:

Affected Object: topology/pod-1/node-108/local/svc-policyelem-id-0/uni/epp/fv-[uni/tn-AStenfc1/ap-appfc1/epg-epgfc1]/node-108/stpathatt-[BunPoGr]/nwissues
Description: Configuration failed for BunPoGr with issues invalid-vlan
Cause: config-failed

A new Static Binding (Paths) (within Tenant > Application Profile > EPG) is configured within EPG with a VLAN number that is already used in the Fabric.
