Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco MediaSense

Known Affected Releases

10.0(1) 10.5(1)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The procedures documented for Server IP Address changes do not work when nodes are added to a cluster defined by IP address.

After changing IP address of the Primary and Secondary nodes, the command "set network cluster server ip" to change IP of the expansion server throws error: "Failed to load cluster information".

The cluster information table on the MediaSense Server Configuration page goes blank on all the three nodes.

Conditions:
1) Make a MediaSense cluster by adding nodes defined using IP address.

2) Follow the procedures documented for Server IP Address Changes in MediaSense User Guide [ http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/mediasense/911/user_guide/CUMS_BK_M5B01864_00_ms-user-guide-911/CUMS_BK_M5B01864_00_ms-user-guide-911_chapter_011.html#CUMS_TP_M93CC5F8_00 ].

Resolved in v11.0(1) and v10.5(1)SU1
