Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the UC Cluster Status Page while creating a search criteria for only SIP or SCCP protocol phones, user is getting the result of Any Protocol. User is unable to get the only SIP phone or Only SCCP phones

Conditions:
Environment:
CPC Assurance : 10.5.0.49471(Advanced)
Mozilla FF (ESR): 24.5.0

Steps to reproduce:

1.	Login to the CPC Assurance
2.	Navigate to Operate->UC Cluster Status-> select a CUCM Cluster-> click on New Search
3.	Select Device Type as Phone and Device Protocol as SIP or SCCP
4.	Give a search criteria name and click on search
5.	Check protocols in the search result
