When booting up following syslog message is seen:

Conditions:
1) IP Netflow configured on the router
2) Crypto engine installed (ISM-VPN-29)

Issue was tested for following IOS: 15.3(3)M2, 15.2(4)M4
ISR series known to experience this: 2900, 3900
