Symptom: Sessmgr unexpected reload in function sessmgr_pgw_gngp_ho_pre_install_sess() during unplanned demux migration. Services handled by the demux are brought down, impacting calls on that service. Calls running on pgw-service and ggsn-service are impacted. Conditions: This is a rare occurrence happening during unplanned demux pac migration. The issue is seen due to double fault in the following scenarios: 1. When demux (egtpinmgr) process restart and unplanned demux PSC card migration happens at the same time. 2. Unplanned demux PSC card migration results in demux (egtpinmgr) process reload. If show commands to retrieve stats from demux are executed at the same time, it causes double fault as process is in migration and queried for the stats. This causes the system to assume that process is not there and enforce double fault handling If GnGp is enabled in the setup, handover request initiated during the system going down event can show this sessmgr reload.
