Description (partial)

Symptom:
It takes about 4 second before phone dialing out the call

Conditions:
1. Leave the phone t in idle status for whole night
2. Invoke new call for the first time and dial the destination number
3. After the destination number is input into the dialing text box, the phone does not go to the out going session bubble immediately. The dialing window is left there for about 3-4 second.
