Description (partial)

Symptom:Unnecessary redistributed connected routes(i.e. OSPF type-5) generate at
power-on on ASR1000 and distribute them between their neighbor.
(It stands for "redistribute connected route-map abc" does not work, it acts
as "redistribute connected".)
As the result, another neighbor gets the unnecessary OSPF type-5 routes on the
lsdb and install them into the routing table.

Conditions:Loopback interfaces are configured.
"redistribute connected route-map abc" in OSPF section is configured.
"route-map abc" only has a line as "match interface x/y/z".
