Description (partial)

Symptom:
After the call endpoints CDRs reported to TMS include alias with/without protocols (e.g. "H323:". "H.320", "SIP:")
Some are logged only the alias "XXXXX" but some will show as "H323:XXXXX".

Can verify from WEBUI from endpoint and TMS perspective.
