Description (partial)

Upgrading to SCH2 code or higher can cause a delay in the registration of cable modems due to cable insertion-interval automatic command. This a default command under each mac-domain. Modems can take up to 1 hour or more to come on line based on the amount of modems that are on the UBR10k.

This is being seen in SCH2 or higher code on the ubr10k with Pre4 or Pre5 with the 3g60 card.
