Description (partial)
Symptom: Upgrading to SCH2 code or higher can cause a delay in the registration of cable modems due to cable insertion-interval automatic command. This a default command under each mac-domain. Modems can take up to 1 hour or more to come on line based on the amount of modems that are on the UBR10k. Conditions: This is being seen in SCH2 or higher code on the ubr10k with Pre4 or Pre5 with the 3g60 card.
