Description (partial)

Whenever one Avaya ACD goes down for some reason, lets says ACD2, the status will be:
PIM is ACTIVE, connected to ACD1 (ACTIVE) and connection to ACD2 (IDLE), not going back to ACTIVE

ICM 8.5.4 integrated Avaya ACD.
CVLAN is configured in duplex mode. PIM connection to both ACDs is working in ACTIVE-ACTIVE mode.
Heartbeat Maintenance enabled on PIM
