Description (partial)

Symptom:
Large file transfer through Anyconnect TLS session fails on IOS router running Cisco IOS Release 15.3(3)M release. The data transfer starts initially and abruptly stops even though both Anyconnect client and IOS router shows that the TLS session is up.
The router may have one or more of the following:
- Router reload during large file transfer
- Memory leak due to SSLVPN process
- High CPU due to SSLVPN Process 

Conditions:
This symptom is observed under the following conditions:
1) IOS Router running Cisco IOS Release 15.3(3)M release acting as SSLVPN gateway.
2) TLS is used as transport mechanism.
3) Large file transfer through TLS tunnel.
