Description (partial)
Symptom: When a QoS policy on a IOS-XE fails to program due to running out of EXMEM, the errors reported are: %CPPOSLIB-3-ERROR_NOTIFY:cpp_sp: cpp_sp encountered an error %FMFP-3-OBJ_DWNLD_TO_CPP_FAILED:fman_fp_image: Batch type 1 ID XXXXXXXX download to CPP failed which is not helpful in determining that the policy failed due to running out of the EXMEM resource. This bug is to enhance the logging to make the problem more easy to diagnose. Conditions: This may be seen when the Router is running IOS XE and the QoS policy has complex classification, in particular many "any" keywords in the ACLs defining the classification.
