Description (partial)

Symptom:
Nexus 7000 may have crash in "eltm" process

Conditions:
Pre-condition (must-have):-  There should be more than total of 8 port-channels in whole system containing regular or pvlan mapping. 

Condition#1 Linecard reload
Condition#2 Configuration should have vlan translations, on port-channels, for e.g.:-

>switchport private-vlan mapping trunk 93 94

Condition#3 There is an internal memory allocation done when LC is brought up and depending on that allocation we may or may NOT hit this issue even if condition#1 and 2 matches.

Condition#4 issue may be seen in scale setup.
