Description (partial)

Symptom:
Tapping on "new call" in SRST, screen with resume button is displayed.

Conditions:
1. Register endpoint A and B with CUCM.
2. Shut down the CUCM and failover to SRST.
3. Make a call from endpoint A to B.
4. Answer the call on B.
5. Once the call is establish, tap on ">" icon from endpoint A.
6. Tap on "new call" option from endpoint A.
7. Observe the behaviour on endpoint A.
