Symptom: After BGP Graceful Restart, convergence time is longer than it could be. Conditions: During BGP Graceful Restart the ASR9K, acting as receiving speaker, sends a TCP RST for the new TCP connection to the restarting speaker when the new BGP session is re-established after the Graceful Restart. Subsequently, it establishes a new connection to continue the GR.
