Description (partial) 

Symptom:
While peer connectivity was coming up the SM crash was observed on the active chassis (triggered during audit)

Conditions:
1) LTE call established & media passed through it
2) Performed few switchovers - and at each point call was retained successfully and media passed through it.
3) Perform task kill of SM on active chassis - post switchover (SM peer connectivity wasn't established at this point)
