Description (partial)

Symptom:
With following topology :

IXIA#B(08/04)
 |
(Gi1/1)
4948E(upper switch)
(Te1/49)
 |
(Te1/49)
4948E(lower switch)
(Gi1/1)
 |
IXIA#A(01/16)

No drop counter increase with show interface xx command, but 
1) see 1 or 2 packet (frame) loss between the Tx port of IXIA#A(01/16) and Rx port of IXIA#B(08/04)

2) show interface counter detail shows InPkts and OutPkts don't match:

5356071466 packets output, 342788573824 bytes

upper switch Te1/49:
5356071464 packets input, 342788573696 bytes

Conditions:
Bidirectional Traffics of 64 bytes packet for 1 hour 
(this issue does not depend on the packet size, when run 1518 bytes packets, same issue happen)

Or 

unidirectional traffic from IXIA#A(01/16) to IXIA#B(08/04).
