Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone should check the maximum limit before invoking new call window

Conditions:
1. Phone A and phone B are share line
2. Phone A has MNC/Busy trigger 2/2, phone B has MNC/Busy 20/20
3. Setup two calls on the share line on phone A.
4. Press the idle session key to invoke a new call, the dial window can pop up. After you dialed one digit, maximum reached is reminded.
