Description (partial)

Symptom:
CP-8831 some keys don't work in history page after consultative transfer.

Conditions:
Reproducing steps:

    prepare the phone A, phone B and 8831.
    place a call from A to B
    press the transfer button on A and the call transfered to 8831
    press the transfer button again on A (do consultative transfer)
    now, talking with B and 8831
    press end button on 8831
    On 8831,
    press "func" > "history" > the above call > "detail"
    At this point, we can see only "detail" displayed in the screen 
    press "detail" then the history detail is displayed
    press "back" button to back the previous screen, the issue occurred, the back, up and down keys are not working.
