Description (partial)

Symptom:
With Auth-proxy configured, when users try to login ,"Page cannot be display" error comes up.
Sometimes users can access the login prompt and after credentials are entered,  "Page cannot be displayed" error comes up.

sh ip auth-proxy cache shows connections stuck in INIT state.

Conditions:
Auth proxy configured on router
