Description (partial)

Symptom:
1. Adding a Dialled Number on CCDM gets created in ICM. There is no option in CCDM to specify the Customer for that Dialled Number. ICM has that field but there is no equivalent field in CCDM.

2. There is no agents Bulk edit option in CCDM. ICM has Agent Bulk Edit option but there is nothing for the same in CCDM.
