Description (partial)
Symptom: In Prime Collaboration Assurance 10.5 all interfaces (including B-channels) are managed by default. Because of that when interface will go up/down (which is expected) - CPCA will generate an alarm. In previous versions of CPCA and CUOM B-channels were un-managed by default. Conditions: Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance 10.5
