Description (partial)

Symptom:
Issues:-
1)	When we reload the primary DSC chassis then backup DSC takes becomes primary DSC but the traffic running on Satellite Access Ports are getting dropped in incremental percentage(nearly 40% in 20 mins)
•	I checked the ?sh nv sat status? and found that Tengig 1/0/2/0 port was replaced by Random GigE interface on RACK0 (Gig 0/0/1/14).

2)	Primary DSC (ASR90001-B) is S/W reloaded and checked the status of Satellite on newly Active DSC ASR9000-A that both of the Tengig link is replaced with Random GigE link(0/0/1/14) and GigE 1/0/0/0.
•	SAT goes to Connecting State and doesn't recover from there.
•	SAT access ports got down and Satellite went to connecting state => 100% Traffic Loss.

Conditions:
When host within the cluster is S/W reloaded
