Phone restart during VVM stress test under network impairment

1. Set network impairment
    Network Impairment(Network to Phone):
    Drop Rate: 10%
    Delay: 100ms
    Duplicated Packets: 5%
    Altered Packets:  5%
2. Login VVM, "Remember Me" is not enabled.
3. Exit VVM
4. Repeat step 2 and 3.
    After about 25 test iterations, the phone restart.  //Faulty//
    The memory taken by Java is about 62MB while the phone restart.
