Description (partial)

Symptom:
The phone was once seen unregistered after changing its tftp server that directed the phone to connect to another cluster of CUCMs.

Conditions:
When the phone is provisioned with a new set of IP parameter(s) such as TFTP server, DNS server, and domain name and connects to a new cluster of CUCMs, it may occasionally be unable to register successfully.
