Description (partial)

Symptom:
A FlexVPN client router may report alignment errors and experience high cpu utilization in IKEv2 FlexVPN process.

Conditions:
The tunnel interface in use with the FlexVPN client configuration must flap while the client is processing an IKEv2 redirect. The high cpu utilization is seen only if the client is configured to auto connect.
