Description (partial)
Symptom:
After issuing the command "clear counters interface all" the timeout discards and credit loss values from the following command remain the same. They are not cleared:
'show interface fc1/1 counters | include timeout'
1829 timeout discards, 30 credit loss
Conditions:
Occurs on the MDS platform prior to NX-OS 6.2(9).
