Description (partial)

Symptom:
Traffic packet getting lost due to ARP timing out and bringing down the route to the next hop.

Routing table shows route to next hop getting deleted every time ARP times out:

show routing event-history delete-route;-
Dumping: delete-route

OR 

If "vlan dot1q tag native" is configured the end devices may appear as "initializing" and will not login to the switch.
