Description (partial)

Symptom:
Failed Device Monitoring in DMA-IM.  Diagnostics mentions failure due to snmpwalk exception.  Executing the snmp walk by hand from the IM yields output, but takes too long so the command times out and returns a non-zero value; thus the system cannot proceed with successfully monitoring the device.

Conditions:
Depending on Monitorable device's MIB size, it may take a long time to walk the SNMP MIB.
