Description (partial)

When restarting Finesse Tomcat server while agent on call, upon Finesse restart agents relogin and try to set the call data ( wrapup reason code) it fails.

On a CCX deployment, when Cisco Finesse tomcat is restarted, the setting of wrapup reason code failure is seen when done from APIs. Finesse Agent desktop UI is not affected by this issue.
