Description (partial)
Symptom: "Start/Stop my video" button is present in call conversation window if camera is not plugged in. Conditions: 1. Log into HVD and Cisco Jabber for Windows as per normal. 2. Make sure you don't have camera plugged in. 3. Make a call. 4. Observe right top corner of call conversation window.
