Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call works fine if H.320 is selected while dialing. If we just type the number and press call in webGUI (since default protocol is already H320), the call fails

Conditions:
Default protocol is H320
For endpoint TC6.2 and above
ISDN link IL1.1
