Description (partial)
Symptom: Error msg seen on console: isis[1006]: %ROUTING-ISIS-4-SRGB_ALLOC_FAIL : SRGB allocation failed: 'SRGB reservation not successful for [24000,64000], srgb=(24000 64000, SRGB_ALLOC_CONFIG_PENDING, 0x2) (So far 32 attempts). Make sure label range is free' Segment Routing does not startup following a router reboot. Conditions: Router is reloaded, or rebooted
