Description (partial)
Symptom: When a CPIPE DNS receives a TSIG packet where the time difference between the sender and receiver is greater than the fudge value. DNS will respond with a BADTIME message. While packing the BADTIME responses DNS was crashing. Conditions: Time difference between the server and client is greater than the configured fudge value.
