Symptom:
Blank screen always shown on phone UI if cancel the HTTP connection

Conditions:
config an access-list on the switch:
Extended IP access list 100
    10 deny ip host A.A.A.A host B.B.B.B
    20 deny ip host B.B.B.B host A.A.A.A
    30 permit ip any any

config EM service as idle url
http://A.A.A.A:8080/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#&EMCC=#EMCC#

the ccm service is un-reachable, so this service can't be launched, when service is launching, press cancel softkey.

the softkey set is change back to idle. but the blank screen remain
