Description (partial)

Symptom:
On 7600 regarding the marking of EXP during label imposition with ES+ LCs. Traffic with IPV6 that reaches the router is set with EXP 3 on the exit interface but traffic is matched on IPV6 class instead of EXP3 class

Conditions:
Configuration is not working for both ipv4 and IPV6, works fine with previous 12.2SRE release but not with 15.2S release
