Description (partial)

On 7600 regarding the marking of EXP during label imposition with ES+ LCs. Traffic with IPV6 that reaches the router is set with EXP 3 on the exit interface but traffic is matched on IPV6 class instead of EXP3 class

Configuration is not working for both ipv4 and IPV6, works fine with previous 12.2SRE release but not with 15.2S release
